These terms apply to Clips (clips.studio), run by Estrella Football Group. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@clips.studio.

Your account

Signing up is free. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Agents can invite players to their own players; an invited player only gets access to that one player.

Your footage and data

What you upload stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Clips for you: keeping your clips, making videos and dossiers, and showing them to you and the people you invite. You confirm that you may use the footage and details you upload, including the rules of the platform or club the footage comes from, and, for players under 16, that a parent or guardian agrees. Prices and payment

Making a highlight video costs €15 for one video or €25 for two, per player. You pay once per video: making the same video again after changes is free. The player dossier PDF is free. Payments are handled by Stripe. If a video can't be made because of a problem on our side, email hello@clips.studio and we'll fix it or refund you.

Fair use

Don't upload anything illegal or anything you have no right to use, don't try to reach other people's data, and don't overload or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Clips available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be free of errors or interruptions. Keep your own copies of important footage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Ending

You can stop using Clips and ask us to close your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice; you'll then have time to download your videos and dossiers.

Law

Dutch law applies. We'll try to solve any disagreement together first.
