Clips (clips.studio) helps football agents and players turn match and training clips into highlight videos and a player dossier. Clips is run by Estrella Football Group. This page explains which personal data we use, why, and what you can ask of us. Questions: hello@clips.studio.

What we collect

Why we use it

Young players

Many players are under 16. Whoever adds a player under 16, an agent or the player, confirms that a parent or guardian agrees to the footage and details being used for highlight videos and dossiers. Parents and guardians can ask us to see, correct or delete a player's data at any time.

Who can see your data

Only you, the agent who manages the player, and the people you invite to that player. Other agents and players can't see it. We don't sell personal data and don't use it for advertising. Agents decide themselves which videos and dossiers they send to clubs.

Services we use

These companies process data only on our instructions. Where a service is based outside the EU, it uses the safeguards required by EU law.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Deleted clips and videos are first hidden so they can be recovered by mistake, and are removed for good when you ask us or when the account is closed. Payment records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@clips.studio and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

Clips only uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
